Dr. Pam is a respected Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, and also an active member of the following prestigious organizations:

Dr. Pam has been chosen by children and parents as New Jersey’s favorite kids’ doctor (NJ Family) in 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023. She was also named as Top Dentist in New Jersey Monthly for years 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024.

Dr. Pam did her undergraduate training at Rutgers University, New Brunswick Campus. She earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine (previously known as UMDNJ). She pursued her General Practice Residency training at Mountainside Hospital, Montclair and Interfaith Medical Center, Brooklyn.

Dr. Pam’s love towards children and growing passion for pediatric dental care lead her to pursue the specialty program in Pediatric Dentistry. She completed her pediatric dental residency, as Chief Resident at Interfaith Medical Center. Dr. Pam served as a role model to other dental residents via clinical judgment and patient management skills.

Dr. Pam served as a Pediatric Dentist at the Interfaith Medical Center where she was a mentor to new dentists. She directly supervised the dental residents and participated in quality assurance and continuous quality improvement programs.

Dr. Pam is currently the Section Chief for Pediatric Dental program at Hackensack UMC Mountainside Hospital. Among other duties, she is responsible for managing dental residents and recommends pediatric dental program improvements.

Dr. Pam has extensive experience treating young children and adolescents, including those with special needs. She provides high standards of dental care and strives for all of her young patients to have a positive and stress-free experience.

Dr. Pam is multilingual with fluency in Spanish and French and has the ability to communicate with her patients in their native languages. Dr. Pam is a mother to two young children and is committed to treating each of her patients as her own. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and kids in the outdoors.

Dr. Hyo Lee, DDS MDS (a.k.a. “Dr. Jane”) is ecstatic to be part of the Itsy Bitsy Dental family. She is passionate about providing thorough and minimally invasive dental care, while striving to keep the visits fun and stress-free for both patients and caregivers.

Dr. Jane completed her Bachelor’s degree at Northwestern University, and then received her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of California, San Francisco. She was awarded the Charles Craig Memorial Scholarship by the Omicron Kappa Upsilon, the national dental honor society.

After several years of practicing general dentistry, and having kids of her own, Dr. Jane decided to specialize in pediatric dentistry at the Rutgers School of Dental Medicine. During her training she served as Chief Resident, and achieved dual degree certificates in pediatric dentistry and Masters of Dental Science.

When away from the office, Dr. Jane enjoys spending time with her two daughters, her husband, and her Shichon, and exploring restaurants and new cuisines.
