Rebeca holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems and a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), with a minor in Accounting. She is also a Registered Dental Assistant and is licensed in Dental Radiography in the state of New Jersey.

As the leader of business operations at Itsy Bitsy Dental, Rebeca oversees the day-to-day operations of the practice and works closely with our team to ensure that every patient and family receives an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through our doors.

Rebeca is an active member of several professional organizations, including:

• The American Dental Assistants Association
• The New Jersey Dental Assistants Association
• The American Association of Dental Office Managers

She has also been actively involved with the New Jersey American Academy of Pediatrics – Oral Health Division and the New Jersey Dental Association (NJDA), helping to develop collaborative initiatives between pediatricians and dentists. These efforts focus on early oral health prevention and ensuring that every child has an established dental home.

A strong advocate for children and families, Rebeca is actively involved in community events and serves as an Event Coordinator and volunteer for the American Dental Association’s Give Kids A Smile program.

Rebeca is always happy to assist patients and families and answer any questions they may have. Outside of the office, she enjoys traveling, exploring new cuisines, and spending quality time with her husband, son, and daughter.
